Order Processing & Delivery: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and courier schedules. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
Refunds & Returns: We offer refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
